we visited such places as colva beach that were in front of the hotel. free parking nearby was provided. there was a free wifi. easy access to dabolim airport, which was about 20 minutes' drive away.

We really enjoyed hotel's breakfast and staff. If you want to visit sernabatim beach, you should stay here

Great pool and helpful staff. The rooms had a good view and the spa was relaxing. The hotel was just a short walk from the beach and there was a good variety of food available.

Had asked for a room change since the room had a double-bed which is not confortable for a couple but the staff never got back about it .It was raining and since there was no provision for umbrellas , it was difficult to get to the hotel for breakfast from the room .

The rooms can be maintained much better. Linen n the dusting should be taken into consideration. Linen on the bed was stained when we checked-in.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the pool was a nice addition. The staff was attentive and provided great service. We also enjoyed the complimentary wine bottle. the hotel offered good value for the price.

Nice Hotel architecture, new hotel

It was not clean, we found hairs in the bathroom and it really looked like the room had not been clean, the staff is not capable at all, the hotel charged my credit card before arrival. They clearly do not understand Booked.net conditions.

The hotel, rooms, location & restorant is good. Staff is very slow & takes lot of time for any request. Room a/c should be checked as it does not cool as it is requier in summer. Room freshner should be used constantely. But nice place to spend time.

Internet service/Wi-Fi provider used to switch-off their server from midnight till early morning. The receptionists seemingly didn't know about this switch-off and kept selling W-Fi access cards for 24 hours usage which appeared to be possible for only about 12 hours daily :-(( Yet, there is option to buy 2 and 4 hours access cards instead of 24 hours. That would work just OK provided those cards to be activated day time only !

Reception staff were very rude. We could not get our laundry done due to the incorrect infomation provided by the hotel, i.e same day service.

We loved the location of the hotel as it was very close to the beautiful beach. The breakfast was great with plenty of spicy and non-spicy options. The staff was very caring and helpful during our stay, and the rooms were spacious and clean.

All in the resort is a good relax formula, a separate and independent entity from the village of Colva, although it's a walking distance from the main street

Devil is the detail and a "luxury" resort cannot do things like having maids pretend to change the bedsheets from previous guests (got them while they were doing it in our room) or having spotted bedsheets (seen it in two readymade rooms), or not check and change bulbs when they go off (I left one on the table they didn't even bother to throw it away), or dust "hidden" corners of rooms - it's a problem with the attitude of the service personnel unfortunately and I doubt they will be able to solve it
